Buttery smooth and stretchy, this temperature sensitive dough changes colors. If your hands don't change the colors, try this: Place BUTTER DOUGH in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Often the DOUGH is already at it's warm color, so getting it cold is important to see the change. When cold, divide DOUGH in half, then place one half in the microwave for 5-10 seconds. Now you can see the warm color compared to the cold color.
