Our in-store return policy is as follows: Returns and exchanges accepted within 60 days with receipt for items in original packaging and in store bought condition. Items should be unopened and not damaged with tags still attached. Refunds are issued with original receipt and must be returned on the same method of payment used to purchase items originally. Store credit or exchange issued for returns with gift receipt or gift cards. DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
For shipped orders, the return policy is as follows: Returns and exchanges accepted within 60 days with receipt for items in original packaging and in store-shipped condition. Items should be unopened and not damaged with tags still attached. Please email return requests to email@example.com. We will provide a return authorization number to include with your shipment. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was shipped in. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened. Gift cards are not returnable.

When shipping returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the Client.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days. Only regular priced items may be returned, discounted and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
